Coldplay Rilis “Flags”, Track Bonus dari Album “Everyday Life” Japanese Edition, Ini Liriknya

Coldplay memberikan kejutan bagi para penggemarnya dengan merilis single berjudul Flags pada Senin (21/12/2020).

Flags merupakan track bonus dari album “Everyday Life” versi Japanese Edition yang dirilis pada 2019. Kini, lagu tersebut telah dapat dinikmati secara global melalui layanan audio streaming Spotify dan Apple music, serta akun resmi Coldplay di YouTube.

Melalui media sosialnya, band rock asal Inggris itu menjelaskan bahwa sebenarnya mereka menyukai lagu tersebut.

“Kami menyukai lagu ini, tetapi pada saat lagu itu muncul, space di album ‘Everyday Life’ sudah terisi dan kami harus melakukan social distancing (terhadap lagu itu). Terima kasih atas semua dukungan kalian tahun ini. Kami mencintai dan menghargai kalian lebih dari yang kalian tahu,” tulis band yang telah berusia 24 tahun itu dalam tweet yang dibuat pada Senin (21/12/2020).

Coldplay merilis album “Everyday Life” pada 22 November 2019. Album studio kedelapan itu terbagi menjadi dua bagian yang terdiri dari “Sunrise” dan “Sunset”, yang didahului dengan perilisan dua single dari masing-masing bagian yaitu lagu Arabesque dan Orphans.
