Setelah sukses dengan debut album solo pada Juli 2022 lalu, J-Hope BTS kembali mengeluarkan single yakni "On the Street" pada Jumat, 3 Maret 2023.
"On the Street" merupakan lagu terbarunya sebelum ia menjalankan wajib militer (wamil), yang hingga kini belum dikabarkan kapan ia akan bertugas.
Lirik lagu "On the Street" menceritakan tentang ungkapan rasa terima kasih J-Hope kepada fansya, ARMY sebelum wamil. Dia mengekspresikan emosi dan hasratnya yang begitu besar sebagai seorang musisi.
